Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Digital Products (Art Prints, PDFs, E-Books, Planners)

All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files are downloaded or accessed.

What You Receive:

• A high-resolution JPG/PNG file (300 DPI, 2560p).

• Instant download access for 48 hours post-purchase.

• No physical product is shipped.

Print Quality Disclaimer:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration, printer settings, or paper type.

• For best results, print on thick matte paper (180gsm+).

• Print quality is not guaranteed and depends on your printer/ink.

2. Original Paintings (Physical Products)

Returns & Refunds Eligibility:

• You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the painting.

• To qualify for a refund, the painting must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, including:

  • Original packaging (mailing tube for paintings larger than 15").

  • No damage, marks, or modifications.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized paintings.

• Paintings damaged due to improper return shipping.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us First: Email to initiate a return.

2. Ship the Painting:

   • Use an insured, trackable shipping service.

   • Address: 753 Kinnear Ave., V1Y 5B2, Kelowna, BC, Canada.

   • You cover return shipping costs.

3. Refund Issued:

   • Refunds processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

   • Original payment method used for purchase will be refunded.

Note: We are not responsible for damage/loss during return transit.

3. Print on Demand (POD) Products

• All POD items (mugs, shirts, etc.) are fulfilled by third-party partners.

• Returns/refunds for POD items are subject to the policies of the partner service (e.g., Printful).

Gift Returns

• If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.

• Non-gift purchases will be refunded to the original payer.

4. Copyright & Usage Terms

By purchasing any product (digital or physical), you agree to the following terms:

• All artwork, documents, and designs (digital or physical) are © A. Ceren McKay 2025 and protected under international copyright laws.

• Personal Use Only:

  • You may print/download for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., home, office, gifts).

  • Commercial use (resale, marketing, branding, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• You May Not:

  • Resell, redistribute, modify, or share digital files in any form.

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.

• Purchasing ≠ Ownership: Buying a digital/physical product does not transfer copyright.

Art Licensing Inquiries:

• Commercial licensing (e.g., using designs for products, branding, or publications) requires a written licensing agreement.

• Licensing terms include royalty payments (percentage of sales) or a one-time fee, negotiated case-by-case.

• Unauthorized commercial use (even with attribution) violates copyright law and will result in legal action.

Consequences of Violations:

1. Legal Action: Unauthorized use (including unlicensed commercial licensing) will result in legal proceedings and liability for financial damages.

2. Royalty Liability: Violators must pay retroactive royalties (20% of gross revenue from unauthorized use) plus legal fees.

3. Account Termination: Banned from future purchases and licensing opportunities.
